I am 21 years old. Residing at Calicut, Kerala, India. Presently doing my Diploma in Software Engineering. Songs of Lobo gives me inspiration and warm feeling that I have never experienced before. My hobbies include. Reading, Television, Swimming and Music. I am an active member of the Leo Club of Calicut (Youth Program of Lions Clubs International).

 My name is Glenn Isaacson and I'm from Baltimore, Maryland. I write fiction and songs. I've been a Lobo fan since "Me and You and a Dog Named Boo", but it was the much smaller hit "A Simple Man" which really drew me to him and caused me to buy the "Of A Simple Man" album. From there on, I was hooked. Like everyone here I was deeply touched by Lobo's lyrics and music. But besides that, he did even more for me. I was an intensely shy, sensitive teenager entering high school at the time. You all remember how rough the teen years were. I was overwhelmed by the brash, loud world of high school, where the jocks, the show-offs, the over-confident ruled. And they got all the girls, too. I felt like there was something wrong with me, being so quiet
and sensitive and introverted. I was lost and in a lot of pain. Then I found Lobo. Lobo, through his songs and his persona, taught me that it was okay for a guy, a man, to be sensitive. Heck, you could even be a star! So Lobo provided a role model for me where none had previously existed. I realized that I was OK. I grew my hair like him and began to wear my sensitivity proudly on my sleeve as I walked humbly through the halls of my school, with my head tilted slightly down in a position approximating the front cover
of "Of A Simple Man". And the girls... well, they came flocking! Which was a totally unexpected bonus. So thanks, Kent LaVoie. If not for you, my life could have gone in quite a different direction. It's quite possible that you
literally saved my life, just by being you.

I started a group with friends and I can say that the covers I made from Lobo are the most exciting (especially Standing at the end of the line) for the people that are listening our music. Special thanks to Kent LaVoie for his memorable music, you gave hope and inspiration to a young guy with your music. A great thank to Sam Vetovich for this fan site.
